Bases and YCHs

Major WIP as I create more bases, YCHs and so on

• Pay to Use Dragon Base

Standalone Base - $6.00 USDYCH/Custom - $12.00 USD
+Shading - +$3.00 USD
+Custom Addition - +2.00 USD per

A pay-to-use base depicting dragons with multiple options to choose from, currently standing at 13 options and additions. Any combination is allowed, and custom additions will be created for an additional cost. (Please note that any/all custom additions requested are subject to being included in the standalone base.)
Price may be adjusted for any complex character designs or customs (such as complex markings or complex custom additions (ex. multiple wings))
NOTE: Payment will need to be upfront for this specific commission, or at the very least a down-payment must be given before I start. Just like any other commission or YCH, I will make sure to provide updates.

• "Vengeance" YCH

Flat Colors - $3.00-$5.00 USD
Cel-Shading - $6.00-$8.00 USD
Roblox Shading/Lighting Imitation - $9.00-$12.00 USD

A your-character-here commission depicting a chibi human/oid (or anthro/furry) running away from an ignited bomb. The only viable changes that can be made is the name section for the text bubble & the chibi YCH.• Human/oids, bipedal monsters & anthros/furries are accepted; additional limbs or details like wings, extra arms, tails or floating objects are accepted, too.
• Body type can be changed (including but not limited to: bust, heavier weight, muzzle/no muzzle, and more; if you're not sure, just ask!)
• Overly-complex characters may be simplified for this chibi style, but I'll try my best to stay true to the design!
• No ferals, NSFW, or extremely muscular (macho/bara) characters.Price may be adjusted for any complex character designs or customs (such as complex markings or complex custom additions (ex. multiple wings)), with the charge going up to 30% of the base price, or $5.00 for flats, $8.00 for cel-shade & $12.00 for roblox shading imitationNOTE: Payment will need to be upfront for this YCH, or at the very least a down-payment must be given before I start. Just like any other commission or YCH, I will make sure to provide updates.

General

• By conducting business with me, Adrieveiga, in the form of commissioning me or purchasing a design from me, the client agrees to these terms.
• I retain the right to refuse or cancel the commission with or without explanation.
• Depending on what stage the commission has been cancelled on, a refund will be issued. (See Refunds for more information)
• The client has the right to cancel the commission at any point with or without explanation. (See Refunds for more information)
• I hold the right to upload the finished artwork on any/all social media.
• I hold the right to use any artwork created by myself as commission examples.
• I hold the right to use the sketch pose for future commercial or personal artworks (Your-Character-Here, bases, etc.) should the commission be cancelled by the Client or myself.
• I will not charge extra for NSFW artwork. The client must be 18+ years of age to commission NSFW artwork from me; if I find any reason to suspect that the client is underage while asking for a NSFW commission, I may ask for proof of age. Should no proof be given/it is discovered that the client is actually underage, the commission will be automatically rejected/cancelled.
• Unless if the commission in question is for a custom design, a non-shaded full-body reference sheet is required for the client's character. I will not accept photos, descriptions, heavily-watermarked images or multiple images that represent the client's character.
• The client may contact me at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but no more than once every two days. I greatly encourage for the client to reach out to me on either Toyhouse, Deviantart or Discord.
• The client may use/reupload the completed commission for personal/non-commercial use, but only if proper credit to me (Adrieveiga) and a link back to any one of my social media accounts (Toyhou.se, DeviantArt) is provided.
• The client may not use the commission for any commercial use unless discussed with me prior. Commissions for commercial use will be charged more than personal/non-commercial commissions. Prices are negotiable.

Payment

• Payment is to be made once the client has approved the sketch, or in the case of the commission being a sketch in itself, the watermarked, thumbnail version of it. Payment is not to be sent upfront.
• Payment is to be made via P@yP@l, Ko-Fi or DeviantArt Commission widget only.
• P@yP@l and Ko-Fi payment is to be done in USD (United States Dollars).
• P@yP@l payment is to be done using invoices. I will require the client's P@yP@l email for this; the client will not need to pay extra to compensate for any of the fees.
• Ko-Fi payment is to be made using the donation feature on the artist's page.
• Payment must be sent within 72 hours (3 days) of confirmation; if the client needs more time than this, please reach out and say so, otherwise the commission will be cancelled after the allotted 72 hours (3 days).

Refunds

• If the client decides to cancel the commission for any given reason, the client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been worked on or finished:
1. 55% refunded if in the line-art stage
2. 40% refunded if in the base colors stage
3. 25% - 20% if in the shading stage/final touches
4. The client will not receive any files of the commission.
• If I decide to cancel the client's commission for any given reason, the client will receive a full refund, in addition to a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.
• Refunds will be given within 72 hours (3 days) of correspondence.
• The client will not be refunded if the client is unsatisfied with the finished commission.
1. If the client is unsatisfied with the commission, I am willing to discuss and make minor edits (ex. adjusting colors) up to a maximum of 2 (two) times after correspondence. Any desired major revisions (ex. reposing, color scheme change, etc.) will be rejected.
2. The only major revisions that are permitted are details that I may have missed and was specified by the client in the order form/correspondence while the commission was still in the sketching, line-art or coloring stage (ex. missing tattoo that's essential to the character's design, missing horns, etc.).

Commission Process & Delivery/Turnaround

• Unless specified otherwise, I will make sure to send frequent updates and WIP shots for approval whenever I deem it necessary.
• All commissions will be done digitally.
1. There will be no hard copies.
2. The client is paying for a service/digital good and will not require shipping of any kind.
• Depending on the contents of the commission, as well as the queue, the estimated turnaround is about one (1) week to three (3) months.
1. If I take longer than three (3) months to complete the commission, I will make sure to contact the client and inform them of the situation.
• I will not accept commissions with deadlines.
• Unless specified otherwise, the finished commission will be sent to the client in the form of a .PNG file. The client will need to ask if they want a .PSD file for any line-art or sketches - or if they would like for them to be transparent - for the client to color in theirself.
1. The client may use the line-art or sketch to color in as adopts so long as I am aware of that being its use and I am properly credited for the line-art or sketch that is being used.
• Finished commissions will be delivered to the client via chosen form of contact (ex. Toyhou.se, DeviantArt, etc.) with the completed commission's .PNG file attached.

• Unless specified otherwise, I will make sure to send frequent updates and WIP shots for approval whenever I deem it necessary.

Do's & Don'ts

Design
Terms of Service

• The client may make both major and minor edits to the design.
• The client may re-gift, re-trade and resell the design for whatever price they desire.
• The client may use the design for personal/non-commercial use and commercial use.
• The client may not claim the original design as their own.
• The client may not claim the original artwork as their own.
• The client may not make major or minor edits to the original artwork.
• If uploading the original artwork elsewhere, credit to the designer (Adrieveiga) must be provided.
• The designer (Adrieveiga) only claims ownership of the original design concept/execution and its original artwork. The designer (Adrieveiga) does not claim ownership to any redesigns and/or the character/associated character of the design.
• The designer (Adrieveiga) acknowledges that once a design is owned by the client, it no longer belongs to the designer (Adrieveiga).
1. The designer (Adrieveiga) may not "claim back" a design.
2. The designer (Adrieveiga) may offer to trade and/or buy the design back, to which the client maintains the right to refuse, with or without explanation.

Ordering Form

Be sure to fill this form out with the required information for the commission or YCH that you would like to have done, and send it to me on whichever platform you would like to hold communication over (Toyhou.se, DeviantArt, Lioden, etc...)
